A site-speed measurement script runs on this site, loaded from . The version running here is measure-only. It cannot delay, reorder, rewrite or remove anything on the page, and nothing about what you see changes because of it.
What it does do is watch how the page performs in your own browser, how quickly it paints and responds, whether a long-running task freezes it, and how it responds to your first tap or click. The script also notes which other outside script addresses the page loaded.
A summary of that goes back to the address above, with no name, phone number, email address or anything you typed in it, using your browser's standard reporting mechanism. To do this it can hold one small item in your browser's local storage, named starting with "cadenceOutbox:", only when it could not send that report immediately; that item holds nothing about you personally and is removed as soon as the report sends, or automatically after 24 hours regardless. None of it is an advertising or marketing tool, none of it is shared with advertisers, and none of it identifies you individually or follows you across visits.
The stack assessment, the shortlist and the RFP builder save their state in your browser's local storage, on your own device, because you asked the tool to remember your selections. That data never reaches a server.
Nobody at the publisher can read it. Nobody else ever sees it either.
Clearing your browser's site data deletes it. Under the ePrivacy rules this is storage strictly necessary to provide a service you actively requested, so it does not require consent.

If you email a correction, a submission or a question, that message, your address and anything you include in it are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and to keep a record of what was corrected and why, which is itself an editorial accountability requirement. Correction correspondence is not added to any marketing list, and this site sends no marketing email of any kind.
Records describe companies, products and integrations. Where a record names an individual, for example an executive named in an acquisition announcement, it is reported from a public source in the context of legitimate journalistic and research activity, and the correction and removal routes below apply.
Wherever you are, you may email the address below to ask what is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Under the GDPR and UK GDPR that includes access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and a right to complain to your supervisory authority.
Under the CCPA and CPRA it includes the right to know, delete, correct and limit. Requests are answered without charge.
No personal information gets sold from this site, shared for cross-context behavioural advertising, or disclosed to third parties for their own purposes. There is no Do Not Sell link because there is nothing to opt out of.
A business-to-business research site for dealership operators, that is what this is. Not built for children at all. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
The site is hosted in the United States and served globally by a content delivery network. If you visit from outside the United States, request data is processed in the region your traffic is routed through and in the United States.
Records link to company websites, press releases and source documents. Those sites set their own cookies and have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover and the publisher does not control.
