40 dealership software product comparisons
Dealership software product comparisons put two products side by side when they share at least one mapped workflow category and come from different reviewed providers. Shared coverage establishes research relevance, not equivalence, compatibility, superiority or a recommendation. Each pairing says what the vendors publish about their own product.
How pairs are selected
40 product-to-product comparisons, one per provider pair per shared-category signature — a company fielding several products in the same categories gets one representative pairing, since the provider-versus-provider question is already answered by the company comparison. Activator Dealer Solutions Equity Marketing and AutoAlert AlertMiner share 1 mapped categories.
AutoRaptor CRM and DriveCentric CRM share 1 mapped categories. CDK CRM and Tekion Customer Relationship Management share 1 mapped categories.
Cox Automotive VinSolutions Connect CRM and Tekion Customer Relationship Management share 1 mapped categories. Impel Merchandising and vAuto Syndication share 1 mapped categories.
Kimoby Voice AI and myKaarma AI Voice share 1 mapped categories. Kimoby Voice AI and Numa AI BDC share 1 mapped categories.

How to read a product pairing
A product pairing puts two specific products side by side, not two companies. That matters because most vendors sell several lines, and each line has its own price, contract and integrations. Open the pairing for the lines you would actually buy, and ignore the pairings for products you would never consider.
Start with the question the page asks of each side: what does the company itself say the product does, and in which workflow categories does it sit? Two products that share a category can still do different jobs.
One may be software your staff uses all day, while the other is a managed service that does the work for you. The page says so when that is the case.
Then look at what is not stated. Pricing, contract length, the DMS connections that matter to your store and the references the vendor will provide are rarely published.
Write those four items down as questions and put them to both vendors in the same order. Compare the answers in writing.
Finally, check how the page was built. Each pairing comes from published text about the product, so a pairing is only as good as the sources it cites. Where a page leans on one company site, treat its claims as the vendor's own and verify them in a demo with your own data.
