EBlock Auction
EBlock Auction: EBlock describes its auction product as an online dealer-to-dealer auction. Licensed dealers buy and sell wholesale vehicles through it.
EBlock Auction: Wholesale & auctions
EBlock says the auctions run in both live and timed formats rather than as a single fixed-price listing service.
In the live format, EBlock describes scheduled sale sessions with a published run list, where each vehicle crosses the block for a short window. The company presents this as an attempt to reproduce the pace of a lane auction on screen.
So a selling dealer sees an outcome for each unit within the same session instead of waiting on an open-ended listing.
Trade coverage places the company's roots in Canada, where it began selling dealer-to-dealer vehicles in 2015. Auto Remarketing reported that EBlock entered the United States market in 2019, which makes the American product a newer addition to the wholesale landscape than the lane auctions run by the large auction groups.
A January 2020 announcement from Auto Remarketing describes a partnership between EBlock and Auction Edge. Under it, independent auctions could run their own branded dealer-to-dealer sales on EBlock's online auction technology instead of building a platform themselves.
The first event named in that report was a McConkey Auction Group platform called MAG Now, scheduled for late January 2020. This is a different distribution route from the direct dealer subscription.
It explains why a dealer may meet EBlock's technology under an auction's own name.
In the same report, Auction Edge's chief executive said the integration gives auctions a way to facilitate and expedite digital transactions between dealers. That statement is the partner's own description and is quoted here as attributed context, not as a comparison with other platforms.
A store deciding whether it fits its wholesale workflow would want to put a few practical questions to the company directly. Which regions are served today, and does the dealer's state have an active sale schedule?
Are condition reports produced by EBlock or by the selling dealer? How does the platform handle arbitration, payment and transport once a unit sells?

Before it came to the United States, EBlock was selling about 5,000 dealer-to-dealer vehicles a month in Canada. Its partnership with Auction Edge started with the McConkey Auction Group in the Pacific Northwest.
The first MAG Now event was set for January 28, 2020.
MAG Now now runs only on EBlock's platform and uses its LiveAuctioneer and LiveLanes tools, which sell vehicles in physical and digital lanes at one event. EBlock's parent also sold two US physical auctions to America's Group, as Auto Remarketing reported.
