LotLinx Lot Management

LotLinx Lot Management: Lotlinx describes itself as an AI-powered automotive inventory management company, and says its platform works at the level of the individual VIN. The company's solutions pages list a set of tools that analyze how each vehicle in a dealer's inventory is being seen and engaged with online, and then recommend where to spend marketing effort.

The VIN View Optimizer is a named tool. Lotlinx says it gives dealers transparency into inventory down to the VIN, integrates with Google Analytics to track engagements from every online source, and analyzes a store's whole inventory exposure to identify the promotion opportunities that could matter most.

A PR Newswire release describes an enhanced version aimed at analyzing marketing spend.

Sentinel is described as a vehicle risk mitigation platform. According to a Lotlinx release, it forecasts risk and applies targeted corrective actions at the VIN level, with the stated aims of reducing the time vehicles spend on the lot, protecting margins and improving competitive performance.

LotGPT and LotGPT+ are the company's AI assistants. Lotlinx says LotGPT+ gives instant answers, visualized insights and guided next steps, trained on its VIN-level and shopper data, and that it pulls live data from a dealer's inventory, CRM and Google Analytics as well as Lotlinx's own dataset.

A separate data intelligence page describes Lexaca, a source of market and competitive data for every vehicle on a lot.

Lotlinx also sells packages combining software and consulting, described on its products page. So the lot management offering can be bought with expert help.

That is worth noting because a store that expects software alone may be quoted a service engagement.

The category is inventory performance rather than inventory record keeping. A store would still keep its own DMS and inventory management system.

The Lotlinx tools draw on those feeds and add analysis and advertising decisions on top.

Questions for a used car director: which data feeds are connected, how the tool decides that a vehicle needs more exposure, whether it controls advertising spend directly or only recommends, how results are attributed to individual vehicles, and how a store measures whether the extra exposure led to sales. The category guide for inventory marketing lists a neutral checklist.

Test it on real data. Ask about exit terms.
