vAuto VINCUE integration tools: Inventory management

VINCUE publishes a page of integration partners for CRM, DMS, reconditioning and other categories, and says it is committed to integrating with any system in a dealership. It names integrations with CarNow, Orbee and Rapid Recon, which connect the platform to retail, customer engagement and reconditioning workflows.

Two partner pages describe specific connections. With AutoAlert, acquisition leads can be pushed into VINCUE for appraisal.

So a dealer can appraise them in real time within the platform. With DriveCentric, VINCUE describes a partnership that lets dealers manage appraisals, inventory and leads together using API and FTP integrations.

A further page covers a Tekion integration described as real-time automation.

On the vAuto side, VinSolutions publishes a page describing the link between its CRM and vAuto Provision, which it says gives insight into vehicle demand and sourcing opportunities. That describes a Cox Automotive family integration, and it sits beside vAuto's own connected solutions page.

A dealer using both, or moving from one to another, has to think about how vehicle records, appraisals and pricing rules transfer.

A dealer would also ask whether the integration is supported by both vendors or maintained by one.
