LotWalk
LotWalk is used-vehicle inventory software from Lotpop, and both names serve the same site. Its pages describe a daily action plan for a store’s inventory team, built by a coach, so the right cars and leads are worked each morning.
LotWalk: Daily Action Plan
The site describes onboarding in three steps: data integration, an introduction to LotWalk, and weekly coaching calls.
| Product or service | Function |
|---|---|
| Daily Action Plan | A daily list of the units and leads to work. |
| Dashboard and LotStock | Inventory views and a stock tool. |
| Switch Leads and Predictor | Lead and forecasting tools. |
| Performance Engineer coaching | One-on-one coaching that accompanies the software. |
| Training and support | Sales, BDC and manager training available to teams. |
LotWalk: product details
LotWalk is the used-vehicle product from Lotpop. It gives a used car manager a daily action plan that shows which cars aged overnight and which open leads are waiting on those exact units, and each store is paired with a coach who reviews its numbers weekly.
Lotpop says more than 5,000 dealers use it. Its founder spent 29 years training used car managers at vAuto before starting the company in 2013.
Coaching is part of the product.
The pitch is that coaching plus a short daily list works better than a dashboard. A used-car manager should ask what a coach is allowed to change, how lead data is joined to inventory and what integrations are required with the CRM and DMS.
