Dealership software pricing

How much does dealership software cost?

There is no dependable universal price because dealership software is commonly quoted by rooftop, module, user, usage, media spend, data volume or transaction. Compare a three-year total-cost schedule instead of a headline monthly amount.

01

Build the complete cost schedule

Include subscriptions, implementation, migration, training, hardware, usage, communications, media, data, integrations, support tiers, travel, annual increases and taxes where applicable.

02

Normalize every quote

Ask each provider to price the same rooftops, users, volumes, modules, implementation assumptions and term. Separate optional items and pass-through charges from the base configuration.

03

Price the exit

Include overlap during transition, data exports, archive access, de-installation, hardware return and vendor assistance. A low starting price can be misleading when expansion and termination costs are omitted.

Published market ranges can become stale quickly. Car Dealer Vendors does not estimate a vendor-specific price without a dated, configuration-specific source.
