The company lists a keyword detection tool that uses AI to read call transcripts. Dealers can search for a vehicle, an appointment request or other phrases.

Car Wars says this shows what customers want and helps follow-up.

It also sells Cari Phone Assist, which it describes as an AI receptionist and service scheduler that works around the clock. Car Wars and Dealer eProcess announced a joint offer for tracking marketing return through calls.

A dealer would ask how call recordings are stored and who hears them. It would ask how tracking numbers work with the website vendor's setup.

Car Wars says it has three decades of experience and sells call tracking, texting and phone solutions. In 2024 it announced Cari Phone Assist, an AI receptionist and scheduler.

Digital Dealer and PRWeb carried the announcement.

The company says Cari answers around the clock and books service appointments by phone. In a January 2025 report it said its customers set more than 4.1 million firm service appointments in 2024.

Those numbers come from Car Wars itself.

Car Wars publishes a features page for call tracking, analytics and insights, and a resources archive of tips titled Own the Phone. It also runs a page on its cloud phone system.

A dealer would ask whether the phone system and tracking numbers come as one contract.
