It also handles outbound campaigns such as maintenance reminders and recall outreach.
Coverage runs around the clock. Mia answers evenings, weekends and holidays, capturing requests that might otherwise go to voicemail.
The system detects the caller's language and replies in it, including English and Spanish.
Mia lists integrations with CDK, Tekion, VinSolutions, Reynolds, Dealertrack, vAuto, Xtime and Dealer-FX. The purpose is to read schedules and inventory and write appointments back.
A dashboard shows transcripts, customer sentiment and coaching chances for advisors.
The company also cites booking and revenue figures on its page.
Each covers voice or text in the service drive.
A service director would ask what the assistant may say about price and availability. It would ask how a caller reaches a person, how recordings and consent work and how bookings appear on the schedule.

The company says its product now works with more than 350 franchise dealerships. Those are the company's own figures from its funding release, and a dealer would ask how they were counted.
