RouteOne Menu
RouteOne Menu: RouteOne describes its menu as interactive F&I menu software powered by MaximTrak. The company says it helps dealers present service contracts, GAP, tire and wheel protection and other products.
RouteOne Menu: RouteOne Menu
It works in the store or online.
RouteOne lists three ways to present. A remote menu lets a customer see options at home.
A tablet menu includes a survey on lifestyle and driving habits to suggest products. A digital menu lets customers browse protection products on a phone.
The company says the menu is built into RouteOne's credit application and e-contracting platform. It describes standard presentations as a way to give every customer the same information, which it says can reduce compliance risk.
A dealer would ask whether the menu works with a different finance platform. It would ask how product pricing and provider rates are loaded.
RouteOne was formed in 2002 by Ally Financial, Ford Motor Credit, TD Auto Finance and Toyota Financial Services. It is privately held and based in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
Its MaximTrak F&I management team works from a Philadelphia office.
The company says 20,000 dealers use its credit application platform and 9,000 use eContracting. It lists open integrations with more than 125 dealer solution providers.
WardsAuto and Auto Dealer Today have written about its approach.
