Sincro SEO: Sincro describes itself as a provider of websites, SEO, advertising and online retailing for dealerships. In September 2024 DealerOn announced it had acquired Sincro from Ansira.

DealerOn said the deal would combine Sincro's work with its Cosmos platform. Sincro's own pages are organized by manufacturer, with sections for General Motors, Nissan, Hyundai and Ford dealers.
The company also publishes a page for dealer groups. It describes faster websites, SEO strategy and advertising as its three main themes.
Its manufacturer pages describe programs built for each brand's rules.
A dealer would ask which platform the site runs on after the acquisition. It would ask who owns the content and domain if the contract ends.
Ansira finalized its purchase of CDK Global's digital marketing business in April 2020 and renamed it Sincro. Ansira is a portfolio company of the private equity firm Truelink Capital.
On September 26, 2024 DealerOn acquired Sincro from Ansira, and the terms were not disclosed.
DealerOn says it supports over 7,000 dealerships in the United States, Mexico and South America. Canaccord Genuity advised on the sale.
So a dealer using Sincro SEO has seen its vendor pass through CDK, Ansira and DealerOn in a few years, and would ask who supports the contract now.
Sincro sells search optimization as part of its dealer website packages. The company says certified sites carry every feature in every package, with onboarding in as little as ten days and built-in design tools and page templates.
It also describes automatic delivery of incentives and VIN-level quotes across the site. Sincro publishes organic traffic gains for the first 30, 60 and 90 days, which are its own figures from a third-party tool and depend on the starting site.
Ask for the keyword and page set to be named in the contract and for reporting to come straight from Search Console.
