StoneEagle SEcureMetrics

StoneEagle SEcureMetrics: StoneEagle describes SEcureMetrics, now marketed under the name StoneEagleMETRICS, as a web-based performance reporting solution for dealership sales and F&I. Its own pages say it turns data held in the dealership management system into real-time reporting.

StoneEagle SEcureMetrics: F&I products & administration

So a store sees results without keying figures in by hand.

The company's materials describe daily, monthly and annual reports that are generated dynamically from DMS data. StoneEagle says integration with the DMS removes manual entry and reduces errors, and that a dealer or dealer group can monitor performance the same way each period.

The reports cover profitability, penetration and performance of the F&I department, and track individual sales and F&I personnel.

Reporting is offered at both single-dealer and dealer-group levels. A recent StoneEagle update described in Auto Remarketing adds interactive charts and product penetration tiles to the dashboard, month-to-date and comparative trend visuals on the main screen.

A multi-dealer view intended for leadership teams and general agents who oversee several rooftops or dealer clients.

Earlier trade coverage in F&I and Showroom reported an inventory analysis module added to SEcureMetrics, extending the product from F&I results into sales management reporting. Other coverage describes partnerships around the reporting product, including a Dealertrack announcement, a jointly branded solution with ADP's F&I Results.

An alliance with JM&A Group. Each is a distribution or data arrangement announced by the companies involved.

The reporting relies on a DMS feed. So the first question for a store is whether its DMS is among those StoneEagle connects to, and whether the connection is direct or through a data aggregator.

The product should also be distinguished from SEcureAdmin, StoneEagle's separate product administration platform, which is described on the company's other product pages.

It records what StoneEagle says, without adopting the company's performance language, and links to the category guide for F&I software and to the StoneEagle company profile.

StoneEagle F&I traces its roots to 1987 and says the Allen family founded it. In February 2019 it merged with F&I Administration Solutions to form the company that exists today.

The combined firm claimed about 8 million transactions a year for 85 product administrators.

Battery Ventures announced its purchase of StoneEagle F&I on November 9, 2020. SEcureMetrics is the company's dealership performance product, and the company says more than 5,000 dealers use it.

Trade coverage in P&A Magazine tells the story of the merger.
