StockPulse: product details
StockPulse's page, published by CPH Insight, says the product handles vehicle inventory audits end to end: scanning with a phone or tablet at more than 200 vehicles per hour with automatic VIN interpretation, real-time matching of scanned vehicles to DMS records and supporting reports, cloud-based multi-store visibility, and audit-ready reporting for accounting directors. It says dealer groups with over 1,200 stores use it.
Those figures are the company's own, so ask whether a store's scanning rate depends on lot layout and how exceptions such as missing or duplicate VINs are handled before the report is signed.
The page frames the pain as money lost to inaccurate audits and manual spreadsheet reconciliation. A controller should ask how scanned results are written back to the accounting system, whether floor plan and consignment units are checked separately, how auditors outside the dealership can be given read-only access and what the per-store monthly fee is for a small group.
