UVEye integrations: the 12 companies it lists

UVEye’s own integrations page at uveye.com names these companies. Below, each one appears with its workflow categories and its evidence status, followed by what the listing does and does not establish. The listing is the provider’s own claim, so treat each name as a lead to verify with both companies.

What UVEye’s list establishes

UVEye names 12 companies as integration partners on uveye.com, and this directory records each one with the evidence status of the partner company. A listing is a market signal that a relationship exists.

Scope stays unstated: products, data objects, direction, timing and fees are all missing, and nothing proves that a connection is switched on for any dealership. The partners span 10 workflow categories, led by Service lane platforms (5), CRM & sales enablement (3), Digital MPI & video inspection (3).

Each row below links to the record for that pair, which carries the verification steps for a dealer to work through with both companies.

What UVEye’s own integrations page shows

UVeye's integrations page sorts its connections into data syndication, dealership engagement and DMS platforms. It describes a VINCUE link that pushes AI-captured scan imagery into listings with no manual handoff, a CARFAX link that surfaces Car Care service and recall insights in inspection results for CARFAX Car Care customers, a TSD Mobility link that records vehicle condition at pickup and drop-off against a rental or loaner agreement, an UpdatePromise link that embeds inspection results in check-in, multi-point inspection and glovebox workflows, and a Numa link.

The recorded partners also include myKaarma, Tekion, vAuto, Better Car People, Kimoby, Reynolds and Reynolds, Dealer Tire and Tire Rack Wholesale. Each description is UVeye's own.

A dealer should ask which of these are live at its stores, whether the scan result writes to the repair order or only appears in a viewer, who reviews a damage finding before a customer sees it and what the scan hardware costs per lane. Ask also how a disputed finding is resolved and where the images are stored.

Reading the list as a dealer would, the twelve names fall into four jobs. Service and communication tools such as myKaarma, Kimoby, Numa, UpdatePromise and Better Car People carry an inspection into the customer conversation.

Tekion, Reynolds and Reynolds and vAuto tie it to the DMS and inventory. CARFAX and TSD Mobility Solutions add vehicle history and loaner agreements.

Dealer Tire and Tire Rack Wholesale connect findings to tire sales. Ask which of these links your store would use on day one, since an inspection that cannot reach the repair order is only a picture.

Before a first call, plan a pilot lane. Choose one service or used car drive and ask UVeye to describe the hardware footprint, how long a scan takes and how a finding reaches the advisor or appraiser.

Ask which of the listed integrations would be live in that lane on day one, such as the VINCUE image link or the UpdatePromise check-in link, and which would be built later. Ask how damage findings are reviewed before a customer sees them, how disputes are resolved and what the monthly fee per lane is.

Run the pilot lane for a month. Compare scan findings with what your technicians found by eye.

Count the disputes. Keep every case where the scan missed something, because those cases tell you how far to trust it.

Ask finally what a scan looks like to a customer. A damage report that a shopper can read at the desk builds trust only if it is accurate and explained by a person, so test the report on three vehicles you already know well.

Where UVEye says more than a name

UVEye + Better Car People: UVeye states that through its “BDC Booster feed, every high-intent shopper, including those identified in your service lane, lands in your agent’s queue with live UVeye scan data attached.” One-sided: published by UVeye. Direction: UVeye into Better Car People. Objects: Service-lane opportunities with scan data attached.

UVEye + CARFAX: UVeye names CARFAX in its own integration directory: the connection “automatically surfaces Car Care service and recall insights directly within your inspection results.” Read into the inspection result; not confirmed against CARFAX documentation. Direction: CARFAX into UVeye inspection results. Objects: Service history and open recall insights.

UVEye + TSD Mobility Solutions: UVeye states that its scans “capture the vehicle’s condition at pick-up and drop-off, while TSD links those inspections directly to the rental or loaner agreement.” One-sided: published by UVeye. Direction: UVeye into TSD. Objects: Pick-up and drop-off condition scans attached to a rental or loaner agreement.

UVEye + vAuto: UVeye states the connection sends “real-time vehicle inspection data directly into the vAuto workflow, connecting appraisals with accurate condition insights.” One-sided: published by UVeye, not confirmed against vAuto documentation. Direction: UVeye into vAuto. Objects: Vehicle inspection and condition data used at appraisal.

Working with the list

How to check one of these connections

Pick the partner that matters to your store first, for example Better Car People. Ask UVEye and that partner the same questions, separately: which products and versions, which objects and fields, which direction, how often, who pays and who answers the phone when the connection breaks at nine on a Monday morning. Write both sets of answers side by side. A match is a lead you can plan around. A mismatch is the finding, and it costs far less to learn before signature than during a rushed setup that has already started.
