Integrated data mining tools use customer insight.

Desking connects to the CRM. PrecisePrice, the digital retailing tool, integrates with DealerSocket Desking and the DMS.

The company says this helps raise gross profit per deal.

DealerSocket stresses integrations. Its page cites more than fifty industry integrations.

A dealer testimonial praises business rules that help track customers and manage sales. Mobile features exist across the suite.

A dealer would ask how the CRM connects to a DMS other than Solera's. It would ask how leads are routed, how texting consent is recorded and how reports are built.

Ask about training time.

Solera announced in May 2021 that it would acquire DealerSocket. In January 2024 DealerSocket signed a deal to acquire the Auto/Mate DMS.

The company says the combined group supports more than 9,000 dealerships and over 300,000 active users.

Those figures are Solera's. A dealer using the CRM would ask how it works with a DMS from a different company.

On DealerSocket's home page, the CRM is described as powerful, automated and configurable, sitting beside equity mining, DealerFire websites and digital marketing, PrecisePrice digital retail and inventory management, all under Solera's vehicle solutions. Customer quotes praise business rules, KPI views across stores and device access through the hosted DMS.

They are selected by the vendor, so ask for references at stores of your brand that switched from another CRM.
