FandEye Record is a cloud-based recording system. The company says dealers can review interactions, including customer reactions.
It supports training and helps resolve disputes by keeping a complete audio and visual record.
FandEye Connect is a questionnaire the dealer builds. It captures driver's licenses, proof of income and insurance cards from the customer's phone.
It also includes cost-to-own data and customer feedback ratings. A FandEye Reports feature adds reporting tied to the DMS.
Recording a customer raises consent questions in each state. A dealer should review disclosures with its own advisers.
