MenuMetric's own pages describe MenuConnect as part of the offering that supports virtual F&I sessions.

The platform works like a video chat, with the consumer and the F&I manager able to see each other on screen inside the MenuMetric environment. A connection can be made from a phone, tablet or computer.

So a buyer does not need to be at the store to complete the finance office step.

Access is by invitation. The F&I manager emails or texts the consumer a link to the live room.

Once connected, the manager can present the dealership's F&I menu along with pictures, PDFs and videos, run through the presentation and select the service contracts or products the buyer wants.

MenuMetric described MenuConnect as available in its Elite tier at launch, with other current and new customers able to add it from January 2025. The company markets menu software across several industries, with separate pages for automotive, powersports, RV, marine and implement dealers.

The same live platform applies to each.

MenuConnect sits within a larger MenuMetric product family.

Remote F&I raises particular compliance questions. A store would ask how disclosures are shown and acknowledged in a video session, how the buyer's signature and consent are recorded, whether sessions are recorded and how long recordings are kept, and how state rules on remote contracting apply to the store's deals.

MenuMetric says it is a software company built by people with F&I management experience. It describes solutions for dealers and lenders that aim at profit and customer relationships.

Its page says it connects to more than 200 F&I product providers.

MenuConnect is the screen-share piece. The company says it lets a dealer build menus and contracts on the fly while talking to a customer anywhere.
