MineralTree TotalAP
MineralTree TotalAP: MineralTree describes TotalAP as an accounts payable automation solution that digitizes the invoice-to-pay process from end to end. The company lists invoice capture, coding, purchase order matching, invoice approval, payment authorization and payment execution as the steps the software automates.

The product page and a video describe the flow.
Invoice capture uses optical character recognition together with human validation, according to MineralTree. Invoices are routed by email to approvers using rules, with automated reminders and in-app collaboration meant to prevent bottlenecks.
Workflow options named on its pages include copy coding, credit application and expense allocation.
Controls are described in some detail: role-based access, dual approvals, duplicate detection, invoice flags, two-factor authentication and Positive Pay, which the company says help reduce the risk of fraud. Each is a feature of the software, and a dealership's controller still decides its own approval limits and separation of duties.
The software is described as integrating with accounting and ERP systems including QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage and Oracle NetSuite, with a two-way sync so data moves between the systems. It supports multi-company use and payments by direct debit and other electronic methods, with dashboards and reports for visibility and forecasting.
TotalAP is a general finance product.
A dealership controller would ask whether the tool connects to the store's DMS accounting or only to a separate general ledger, how vehicle purchase invoices and manufacturer statements are treated, how approvals reflect the store's authority limits, how vendors are onboarded and how payments reconcile with the bank.
Software Advice, GetApp and SoftwareConnect carry outside listings with ratings and prices that are not adopted here. The category guide for accounting and payables tools lists a neutral checklist.
