LotMonkey: product details
LotMonkey is a web-to-print service for dealerships that links online and on-lot marketing. Its application pulls live inventory so a dealer can print vehicle window stickers, hang tags, addendum labels, plate inserts, windshield graphics, used car buyers guides and showroom signs.
The company has compared its approach to an online print shop for car lots. It prints, so lead times matter.
It began as a web-to-print app.
A dealership should ask how addendum and buyers guide forms are kept current with state and FTC rules, turnaround and shipping times and whether stickers can show prices that match the website.
LotMonkey's graphics can carry scan-and-text codes that send a shopper from a window sign to the vehicle's page, which is how it ties the lot to the website. Ask how those codes are tracked and who sees the leads they produce.
LotMonkey's buyers guide page explains why the form must change from car to car: the layout can stay the same while the vehicle details and warranty terms differ, whether a used car is one year old or ten, and whether it carries a limited warranty or is sold as-is. The company says its application syncs with inventory data and that print-ready files go straight to one of its print partners, so a lot team can produce every vehicle-specific sign from one tool.
