Lotpop: product details

Lotpop's home page describes a daily routine for used-car stores: LotWalk connects inventory and lead data, gives the team an Action Plan and pairs it with a dedicated performance coach. Each unit gets a LotWalk Score plus age, price to market, photo count and lead activity, and filters such as no leads in seven days show managers which cars need work.

The page says more than 5,000 users are active and that Jasen Rice is founder, chief executive and performance engineer. Its sample screens are labeled fictional, so a buyer should ask to see its own inventory scored in the free one-hour walkthrough with a lot audit and written game plan.

A feature called Switch Leads handles the case where a shopper asked about a car that has since sold: LotWalk finds comparable cars still in stock and puts that lead on the BDC's morning list so the call is about a live unit. The scoreboard puts inventory, lead activity and team log-ins side by side, with separate views for general managers, used car managers and BDC leaders.

The model is software plus coaching and accountability, which means results depend on the store acting on the plan. A dealer should ask how the data connects to its inventory and CRM feeds, how often scores refresh, who the coach is and how often they meet the team, and what the contract requires if a store wants to stop.
