For EHS, the company lists mobile inspections, audit workflows, corrective actions and centralized documentation. Its descriptions name modules for incident management, safety training, audits and inspections and safety data sheet management, all available in a mobile app.

So a shop foreman can complete an inspection on a phone in the service drive.

Training is a large part of the description. KPA says Vera Suite assigns training automatically based on job role across compliance categories.

So each employee is given the courses that apply to them without a manager building the list by hand. It describes a library of dealer-specific courses.

For groups, KPA describes a dashboard that gives a single real-time view of inspection results, open issues, training status and incident activity across locations. Two KPA blog posts describe enhancements to that dashboard, including compliance analytics for dealerships and an overview of the whole compliance program.

A further release adds task tracking that puts open training, issues, inspections and incident-related tasks in one place.

The HR, F&I and privacy modules cover compliance areas outside the shop. Dealerships face rules such as the FTC Safeguards Rule for customer information, and F&I compliance requirements on the finance side.

KPA's positioning is that one vendor and one login can cover these workstreams, which is a claim about packaging, not about legal outcomes.

The product is also listed on marketplaces such as SoftwareOne and reviewed on independent sites.

Questions to put to KPA: which modules are included in the base subscription, how the training catalog stays current when regulations change, how employees who work at more than one rooftop are handled, what records are retained if a store leaves, and whether inspection data can be exported for an insurance carrier or an agency visit. Ask about training time. Confirm each point directly.

KPA announced Vera Suite in February 2020. It brings EHS management, workforce compliance, online training and regulatory tools into one cloud system.

KPA says more than 10,000 client locations in the United States and Canada use it.

The company says 125 or more certified EHS field consultants back the software. Its majority shareholder is Providence Equity Partners.

KPA has said it plans growth through strategic acquisitions, and ComplyNet is one it announced.
