Bitesize
Bitesize describes an AI follow-up tool for dealership CRMs that recovers missed revenue by re-engaging dormant customers. Its homepage lists smart CRM scanning, automated AI follow-ups, automotive campaign management and dealer group insights, and says it works with a dealer's existing CRM.

Bitesize: product details
Bitesize's home page says it connects to a dealership CRM, naming Eleads, VinSolutions and Tekion, scans it for cold, unworked or forgotten leads without touching active pipelines, sends AI-written follow-up texts under the sales manager's name and alerts the BDC or sales manager when a lead shows intent. It also offers automotive campaigns that target manufacturer incentive offers and dealer specials to dormant leads, and a dashboard showing engagement, reactivation and missed opportunities across every rooftop in a dealer group.
Its claims are company figures: up to 10 percent more monthly sales, 10 times more test drives from dormant leads, 97 percent less time wasted on cold outreach, that over 75 percent of dormant leads buy elsewhere within 30 days and that 44 percent of salespeople give up after one follow-up. A dealer should ask how consent and opt-out are handled for texts sent under a manager's name, whether the outreach is disclosed as automated, and what happens to the messages if the contract ends.
Because messages go out under a manager's name, a dealer should decide in advance who monitors replies, how quickly hot leads are escalated and what the manager will say if a customer asks whether they are talking to a person.
A store should also ask for the specific CRMs and versions it has live integrations with, since the page names several, and how often it re-scans so that a lead worked by a salesperson is not messaged by the system at the same time. Keep the notes.
