IntegraLink
IntegraLink is a data extraction, normalization and enhancement service recognized by manufacturers and marketing firms for accurate, timely point-of-sale data from dealership systems. It is integration middleware instead of a dealer-facing app: the layer that moves and cleans dealership data for OEMs and vendors.

Its customers are usually manufacturers and vendors instead of individual stores; the relevance to a dealer is the data flows it enables.
IntegraLink: product details
integraLink is a data integration vendor founded in 1998 that copies point-of-sale data out of dealership management systems for manufacturer programs and marketing and service providers. Its modules include DataLink, SalesLink, ServiceLink and OfficeLink, covering sales and inventory, service appointments and repair orders and back-office accounting.
It describes collection from more than 15,000 dealerships in the United States, Canada and Mexico across more than 40 DMS platforms. It works in the background.
It has run since 1998.
Most dealers meet it as software a DMS vendor or manufacturer requires them to install. A store should ask which data fields are sent, which third parties receive them, how to revoke a feed and whether the dealer can see what was transmitted.
integraSoft's own page for integraLink is about its customer portal, a self-service site with documentation, best practices and online tickets that can be checked at any hour. The company says it has been in business for over 35 years and that support calls reach a live person rather than automated routing during business hours.
That describes a support service for integraSoft's own product line and third-party integrations, not the data-copying work the name suggests elsewhere, so a dealer should confirm which integraLink product a contract refers to before comparing terms.
IntegraLink's downloads page shows how the data leaves the dealership. It lists agents by DMS, including Adam, Alliance, Autosoft, ADP, AutoMate, EDS and Reynolds and Reynolds, and a SMART agent, short for Secure Managed Automotive Real-Time, for several of them.
A Multi-DMS Secure Transfer application is for stores whose system cannot be polled directly and cannot send encrypted data to the vendor's server, and a separate SMART-R tool is only for Reynolds ERA stores. The footer is dated 2001 to 2011, so the page is old, and a dealer should check which agent is currently installed on its own servers.
