Kain Automotive, founded in 2003 and based in Louisville, Kentucky, trains dealership staff in internet sales, BDC operations and digital marketing through workshops, in-dealership training, web conferences and an online university. It joined NCM Associates, a 20 Group and dealer training provider, in a merger, and its team continues from the Louisville office.
NCM Associates now owns it. Kain began in 2003.

NCM Associates announced the Kain purchase in January 2024 and called it a strategic merger. NCM says it set up the first automotive 20 Group in 1947 and had worked with Kain for the previous fifteen years on training and 20 Group services.
David Kain, Kain's president, and his staff joined NCM and kept working from the Louisville office. For a dealer, that means Kain's internet sales and BDC training now sits inside a larger dealer-consulting firm, so ask which trainers deliver it.
