Pam: product details

Pam describes itself as the AI workforce for car dealerships, built from two agents. The Receptionist Agent answers calls and texts around the clock, checks live availability and books service straight into the scheduler, qualifies sales calls about inventory, pricing and test drives, and warm-transfers customers to a person with context.

The Outbound Marketing Agent calls and texts customer lists to work open recalls, lost customers and declined service, and to book the return visit.

A console sits on top of both. It shows revenue analytics, alerts for unresolved calls and drop-offs, integrated texting and real-time call logs.

Pam says more than 800 dealerships use it, that it has handled more than twenty years of call time and that it has generated over $200 million in revenue, and its site counts 14 confirmed integrations. Those are the company's own figures.

Its dealer story describes a Tekion-run store in Riverside, California, and says inbound booking rose from 56 percent to 78 percent while more than 1,000 lost customers came back. A fixed operations director would ask how those numbers were counted, over what period and with how much lane capacity, then run the same count on a pilot store before signing.
