One View: product details
One View is a document management company for dealerships. Its Vault archives accounting records and DMS-generated documents in a cloud repository that does not depend on the DMS vendor, while Capture scans service tickets, deal jackets, repair orders, contracts and invoices.
The company says the archive works with all DMS vendors and helps with manufacturer audits and compliance.
One View also sells Vendor View, a contract tracker with renewal alerts. A controller or office manager should ask how long documents are retained, how a record is found by VIN or customer, what happens to the archive if the dealer leaves and how users are permissioned.
Exit terms matter. It is SOC 2 certified.
