A February 2026 investor release describes AccuTrade launching a single solution for appraisals and inventory management.

The company says the tool uses real-time market data and diagnostic scans to arrive at an offer for each VIN in minutes. An appraiser scans the VIN, captures vehicle images to share with buyers and records condition details such as damage and repairs.

The app is listed on the Apple App Store as Accu-Trade Appraiser.

AccuTrade is described as showing predicted retail versus wholesale profit at the VIN level, and as offering ways to liquidate a vehicle through integrations with a dealer-to-dealer wholesale network and an Instant Offer feature on Cars.com. Cars Commerce says dealers can appraise, price, merchandise, syndicate with real-time sync and retail or wholesale vehicles in one connected system.

The integrations page lists connections with inventory management systems, DMSs, CRMs and digital retailing platforms. AccuTrade is described as pulling in inventory, service appointments and repair orders from the DMS, and as texting service appointment reminders with a trade-in message for the customer's current vehicle.

Other listed features include AI-generated vehicle descriptions, driveway and service drive appraisals, online chat, a Universal Condition Report and a website trade-in tool that gives shoppers trade estimates. Cars Commerce also publishes pages on appraising by phone, setting up service drive acquisitions by text and the accuracy of vehicle appraisals.

The service drive is a source of vehicles for many stores. So the ability to appraise a customer's car during a service visit is a distinct feature of the product.
