StoneEagle F&I Reporting

StoneEagle F&I Reporting: StoneEagle describes its F&I reporting line as tools that give dealers and dealer groups visibility into sales and F&I results. The reporting product is now marketed as StoneEagleMETRICS.

The company says users can analyze incomes, averages, F&I product penetration and more, from individual personnel up to the dealership group.

The company's current dashboard, described in trade coverage of its NADA 2026 announcements, uses interactive charts and product penetration tiles for exploring performance, with trend visuals showing month-to-date and comparative results on the main screen. A multi-dealer view is described as bringing several rooftops together for leadership teams and general agents.

StoneEagle also runs a product administration platform called SEcureAdmin, which the company describes as cloud-based and built only for the F&I industry. Its pages say dealers and agents can build new products with flexible configuration and no technology involvement, manage sales authority, custom rates and commissions, handle contracts electronically through their lifecycle, and run billing and receivables.

The two lines answer different needs. Reporting reads dealership data and shows results, while administration handles the products and contracts themselves.

A store considering the reporting line would confirm whether it is buying reporting alone or both, since the company presents them together under the StoneEagle name.

Announcements listed by trade outlets describe StoneEagle working with other parties in the F&I channel. These include a partnership with Dealertrack for faster visibility into business performance, a jointly branded dealer solution with ADP's F&I Results.

An alliance with JM&A Group. A Partner Showcase page from The ACE Group also describes StoneEagle's role.

F&I and Showroom reported that a large dealer group deployed the reporting platform across its stores.

Points to raise with StoneEagle: which DMS connections exist, how deal data is mapped when a dealer group runs mixed systems, what permissions apply to finance managers versus owners, and how a store that changes DMS keeps its history. Confirm who owns the data.

Dealertrack announced a partnership with StoneEagle F&I so dealers could see business performance faster. The release is on PR Newswire.

It ties StoneEagle's reporting to deal data that starts in the finance and insurance office.

StoneEagle says its network reaches more than 10,000 dealerships and that its reports run at both store and group level. A group controller would ask which fields feed the report and how a chargeback shows up after the deal funds.
